Service: Services

Product development takes a lot of expertise and resources. So it is good to know that, at EPHYMESS, you have a motivated team of highly-qualified engineers at your side. From personal consulting to individual assembly of our products and even development partnerships for your products, we are happy to support you!

What can we do for you?

Product selection and individual assembly

We provide bespoke sensor technology – well-engineered yet produced individually. After all, it is ultimately the details that decide the perfect component for a specific purpose. That is exactly why, at EPHYMESS, service begins with choosing the right product. If required, we are happy to support you in defining all the necessary technical details and determining the perfect components from our range. Every sensor from our production is also assembled individually and tailored to its unique installation situation – be it the cable length, assembly dimensions or circuits needed. To ensure that this happens, every product enquiry at EPHYMESS is handled with enormous care by our experts and any technical queries are always clarified in person. Only then will you receive your personal quote – which, at EPHYMESS, is also a unique bespoke piece!

Support and service throughout the project process

Handing over the sensor engineering to EPHYMESS gives you the space to work on solving other problems and guarantees that you have a competent partner for sensor technology.

Consultancy – development – documentation

We develop a sensor concept based on your specifications, strictly taking the construction elements you prescribe into account. You receive the documentation – such as certificates, technical data, installation information or drawings – from us in your choice of printed form, on data media or via email.

Our service team can adjust and calibrate the temperature sensors to your application on site, assembly prototypes and instruct your staff.

Needless to say, we in the administrative office also ensure that appointments for visits, price negotiations, required delivery deadlines and other imponderables can be discussed and coordinated.
