Description

Bimetallic switches also come in countless special constructions. EPHYMESS develops customer-specific sensors for individual requirements. For example, temperature monitors can also be used in metal sleeves from an inner diameter of 10 mm or in screw-in housing in a wide range of constructions.

Assembly variants

BIS special construction A

Customer-specific special construction for hydraulic applications. The bimetallic switch has a G1/2” brass screw-in housing with a width across flat of 27 mm, a thread diameter of 31 mm and a thread length of 26 mm. The sensor also has a protective cap.

BIS special construction B

This construction can also be provided with an M8 / M12 plug instead of a fixed sealed connection cable.

BIS special construction C

This version has a brass screw-in housing with a G1/2” thread and the width across flat of 24 mm. The protective pipe has a diameter of 12 mm and a nominal length of 140 mm. The dimensions can be adapted to customer specifications.

Special construction D

In this construction, the bimetallic switch is sealed in a metal sleeve. The sleeve has a diameter of 12 mm and a length of 80 mm. Individual sleeve dimensions are available.
