Description
Screw-in thermometers with industrial plugs provide an alternative to sensors with metallic connection heads. The 3-pole industrial plug makes installation and deinstallation especially easy. Loosening a central screw allows the connection head to be released from the screwed-in sensor without having to unclamp the supply lines. They are suitable both for bearing temperature measurement and for measuring liquid media. In wind energy plants, they monitor hydraulic drives like the pitch or azimuth position of rotor blades and nacelle.
Assembly variants
Industrial plug with thread G1/2"
This sensor has a 1/2” screw-in thread with width across flat SW27. The stainless steel protective valve has a diameter of Ø 8 mm and a mounting length of 128 mm. Versions with rigid or spring-mounted protection pipe are available. The temperature range on the sensor head
is -30°C ... +125°C.
Industrial plug with thread G1/4"
This type has a G1/4" thread as standard, also with a width across flat of SW27. In contrast to the version pictured above, this model has a special immersion pipe designed for a compressive strength of 100 bar. The immersion pipe has a diameter of Ø 6 mm and a mounting length of 213 mm. The temperature range on the sensor head is -30°C ... +90°C.
