Description

Casting the sensor in a ceramic sleeve fixes internal components into position and creates increased electrical and mechanical protection, which also reacts quickly.

Assembly variants

KTY with round ceramic sleeve

The sensor is sealed in a closed, round ceramic sleeve ø 4,9 mm x 16 mm and thus particularly resistant to high voltages. The thick-walled sleeve makes the sensor extremely insensitive to mechanical influences.

KTY with flat ceramic sleeve

This assembly variant shows a cable sensor in a ceramic sleeve (Al2O3) with 2-core wire line in miniature. The ceramic sleeve of the sensor head is gas-tight, with a fast thermal reaction time and a diameter of Ø 4 mm at a length of 25 mm.

KTY with ceramic sleeve and SCGS kink protection

This version also has an enamelled glass filament hose as kink protection.
