Description
The adhesive foil thermocouples are designed especially for surface measurement. They are therefore used in research, development and production, for example where temperature distributions and gradients in housing, thermal radiation or thermal efficiency need to be recorded quickly or where there is not enough space for larger thermometer constructions.
The extremely flat elements are embedded in foil impregnated with cresol resin and have two metal connection strips. These connection strips make it very easy to connect a thin thermo line. To prevent incorrect polarisation of the elements, the positive pole is marked in red. The elements can be assembled on the surface with any standard adhesive, as long as good thermal contact is ensured at the temperature to be measured. Special adhesives for temperatures up to 200°C are available from EPHYMESS.
