EPHYMESS confirms top position

In April 2024, EPHYMESS became the first company in Germany to successfully complete the transition audit according to the International Railway Industry Standard (IRIS) Rev. 4.

In April 2024, EPHYMESS GmbH was the first company in Germany to successfully complete the transition audit in accordance with the International Railway Industry Standard (IRIS) Rev. 4, confirming its leading position as a manufacturer and supplier of measurement and sensor technology for international railway technology.

IRIS is based on the requirements of ISO 9001 and requires the definition and documentation of relevant railway-specific requirements, procedures and processes with regard to project management, initial sample testing and life cycle costs. With the publication of Revision 04, the new ISO 22163:2023 has also been in force since 2024.

Against this background, EPHYMESS is particularly proud to be the first company in Germany to be audited according to Revision 4. Behind the excellent certification result is a constant and consistent focus on quality, which was confirmed by the experts from TÜV Nord.
