At the popular Wiesbaden city cycling event, kilometers will once again be cycled for climate protection from June 4 to 24. This year, EPHYMESS is participating with a team for the first time. STADTRADELN is a competition in which the aim is to cycle as many everyday journeys as possible in a climate-friendly way for 21 days. The event kicked off on Sunday, June 4 with Mayor Gert-Uwe Mende and Head of Transportation Andreas Kowol at the RhineMain University of Applied Sciences. The aim is to cycle as many kilometers as possible between now and June 24. The goal this year is to crack the 600,000 kilometer mark. "Let's beat last year's 571,000 kilometers and together crack the 600,000 kilometer mark. By doing so, you will support cycling in Wiesbaden and climate protection," said City Councilor Andreas Kowol at the kick-off event. At the end, it will be calculated how much CO2 was avoided with the kilometers traveled, in order to illustrate the positive effects of mobility behavior through cycling. We are excited to see how Team EPHYMESS will perform at its premiere and cordially invite other employees and participants to join us. Together we make the difference!
